Based in Orange County, Mr. Salazar brings to Southern California business owners a unique blend of expertise and experience. His professional background captures a “both sides of the table” perspective — 30 years of executive operations plus 15 years of brokerage experience.

As a C-suite executive – from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, including Baxter Healthcare, P&G and Oracle for 30+ years — David understands the rigors and challenges of creating a successful business. An example – as former president/CEO of a medical products company, he built a 50,000 SF manufacturing facility. When General Manager of a major software company, David achieved dramatic revenue growth, generating more than $25M in sales in just three years. As an award-winning broker – including years with CBRE — he has negotiated and more than $1B in closed transactions.
